When will I receive my ticket?
Payments on Tickify are confirmed manually by our team. Once your payment is verified, your order moves to confirmed and the ticket appears in your account. Unpaid orders are held for 30 minutes and then released.
How do I receive my ticket?
Tickets are delivered digitally inside your Tickify account, and a confirmation email with your order summary is sent to the address on your account.
What is Tickify's refund policy?
Refund requests are reviewed by our support team against the event organiser's policy. Message us with your order reference and we'll review your request.
