1. Our role

Tickify operates an independent resale marketplace. We are not the primary ticket provider, promoter or venue, and we are not affiliated with any artist, venue or primary ticketing company. Listings are created by sellers, who set their own prices.

2. Accounts

You need a Tickify account to complete a purchase so your order and tickets can be attached to you. Keep your account details accurate and secure.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order creates an order reference and holds the selected tickets for 30 minutes. Payments are confirmed by our team; unpaid holds are released automatically when they expire. An order is only confirmed once payment has been verified.

4. Pricing and fees

Resale prices may be higher or lower than the original face value. A service fee is added at checkout and shown before payment. Your final total is displayed on the checkout page.

5. Ticket delivery

Confirmed tickets are delivered digitally inside your Tickify account, and a confirmation email is sent to the address on your account. See the ticket resale policy.

6. Refunds

Refund and cancellation requests are handled as described in our refund & cancellation policy.

7. Prohibited use

• Listing tickets you do not hold or are not entitled to sell.
• Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse or impersonation.
• Automated scraping or interference with the marketplace.

We may update these terms; the version shown on this page is the current one.
